LloydKnows is a brand of Closed Won Holdings LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we"). This page explains what we collect when you use lloydknows.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, the company you sell for, your role, and your password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
- Seller profile: your answers to our six intake questions about what you sell and who buys it.
- Requests: the accounts or territories you ask us to research and any notes you add.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
What we don't ask for
We never ask for your employer's customer lists, pricing, contracts or other internal or confidential information. Please don't send it. Our research uses public sources only.
How we use it
- To research the accounts you request and deliver your briefs, triage and alerts.
- To run your account, answer your questions and send service emails.
- To bill you for paid work.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except with the service providers that run the site (hosting, database, authentication, email and payments), under their own privacy commitments.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your information while your account is open. Email admin@lloydknows.com to get a copy or to have your account and data deleted.
