These terms cover your use of lloydknows.com and the research services sold under the LloydKnows name by Closed Won Holdings LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we").
The service
We research companies you name using public sources and deliver account briefs, territory triage, account alerts and related material. Each fact is labeled Confirmed (from a cited public source) or Hypothesis (unproven, to be checked in discovery).
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate account details and keep your password private.
- Don't send us your employer's confidential information or anyone's personal data you aren't allowed to share.
- Follow your own employer's policies and the law when you use our research, including rules on outreach and communications.
What our research is, and isn't
Our deliverables are informational. They are not legal, financial or investment advice, and we don't guarantee meetings, sales or any other result. Public sources can be wrong or out of date; verify important facts before relying on them.
Payment
Your first account brief is free. For paid work, we confirm scope and price with you before we start. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancel any time by emailing us, effective at the end of the current month.
Use of deliverables
You may use and share deliverables within your own company. Please don't resell or publish them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
